INNSE and Seamless Tube Technology
- INNSE has a long tradition in the design and supply of advanced machinery and technologies
for the production of seamless pipes.
- This tradition started at the end of the 40's with the installation of the first
large facilities for OCTG (Oil Country Tubular Goods) pipes in Italy, Venezuela, Yugoslavia, Poland, Argentina, Mexico,
India, USA, Algeria.
- From then on, INNSE has always been a worldwide point of reference in the field of
seamless pipe industry because of constant research, up to date engineering and
manufacturing, skilled human resources (see Reference List).

| Retained Mandrel Mill (MPM) for seamless tube production up to 16"; diameters |
- At the end of the 70's, in cooperation with Dalmine, new process for seamless
pipe manufacturing, the MPM (a continuous mill, with retained mandrel), has been developed
to meet the modern requirements of the pipe market: consequently to the high success
of the commissioning of this plant, all the main Tube Producers around the world decided
to install a hot mill line, based on the INNSE’s MPM process technology.
- In the new Company SMS Siemag AG, INNSE combined advanced and innovative technologies
with the long experiences worldwide in manufacturing and commissioning of machines and
equipment for the production and further processing of automated finishing systems of
seamless steel tube and pipe of Meer, Aetna Standard and Becker to form a unique know-how
of a synergy pool totally oriented to customer satisfaction.
Non Ferrous Equipment
INNSE acts as agent in the above market for the machines produced by SMS Meer in Mönchengladbach
and Wurzburg. The complete range of production for tubes and rod manufacturing, continuous casting
equipment for billets and cakes as well as casting machines for precious metals is available upon request.
