Our customer service provides a wide range of products and services, such as:
- spares and wearing parts for:
for the plants originally supplied by us, as well as for any plants which have ever been supplied by SMS Siemag Group Companies.
- inspections, expertises and survey on the Plants, tailored to the specific Customers requirements and performed by specialists, to provide consulting, know-how, technical assistance, material supply, service engineering, repairs and maintenance activities.
- technical advices for repairs and replacements
- overhauling of the most critical equipment of rolling mills, like:
- downcoiler mandrels
- downcoiler wrapper rolls
- hydraulic screwdowns
- bending and shifting blocks
- crop shears
- main gear reducers.
These ovehauling services are performed by workshop specialists,
in close co-operation with our engineering dept., to improve the equipment
to be overhauled by applying the latest technical solutions also to the old design equipment.
