Our experimental facility with technical research center provides the basis for our plant development and helps us maintain our high standards.

Ideal for producing quality refined products, our pickling lines feature turbulence technology for improved efficiency at minimized media consumption, along with the best possible environment compatibility. Our combined pickling and hot-dip galvanizing plant for hot strip provides the perfect refining process for thin hot strip from CSP plants. Today, continuous annealing plants are extremely important for top quality strip ranging from deep-drawing to high-strength steels. Depending on the application of the product, our systems galvanize with pure zinc, zinc-iron (Galvannealed) or zinc-aluminum (Galfan, Galvalume) coatings. Our electrolytic coating lines using Zn, Ni, Cr, Cu and their alloys produce first-class strip surfaces to meet all demands. Our Powder Coil Coating (PCC) for steel and aluminum strip works with the patented MSC Powder Cloud™ coating chamber. This system achieves process speeds of up to 100 m per minute, so that now-for the first time-powder coating can be integrated into high capacity plants.
