The solutions provided to our clients in the field of Automation are based on worldwide standard
solutions of the SMS Siemag Group, available under the name X-Pact.
The Milano organization has started in the '70's to develop,
design and deliver complex electrical and automation systems. Modern system technology in combination
with proven local experience is guaranteeing high level solutions in basic design, project handling
and implementation of system always aimed to meet our customer needs.
This experience, supported by the central department technological solutions, that assure product
quality and production control, allows SMS INNSE to be a Global Partner, with the capabilities
to assist customers, in order to improve their business, by providing relevant solution to their problems,
and adopting a life cycle approach.
The SMS INNSE Automation Systems are always based on the use of electrical components from
reputated first class companies, with local assistance capabilities. The systems are fully integrated,
through the use of standard communication systems, with the SMS Siemag Technological Automation System (TCS)
and the mathematical Technological Process Models (TPM), developed internally and based on the use of
standard IEC1131 and modern market SW platform enhanced by the adoption of object oriented technologies.
This product is the SMS Siemag answer for the Process Automation Control Technology.
The Automation activities spectrum cover the field of Steel Making Process, Continuous Casting Machine,
Hot and Cold Rolling Mill, Strip Processing Lines and Seamless Pipe Mill.
